I woulda picked shady jacks. Park yer scoots inside and its earthy. Jacks a cool guy and hes always got tons of cool gizmos and gadgets 4 sale.

the Soulard neighbor hood about 3/4 mile south of the Arch is just like the French Quarter of new orleans and will be loaded with bikers. lots of food and drink on nearly every corner and much cheaper than Laclede's Landing.
