RE: craftsman tool kit
Check out the link I posted for Cruz Tools, best prices and selections for bikes.
On top of that, their bags are ultra compact.
You even get stuff in them like tape, wire, ties, loctite, etc.

There's far from 99 bucks worth of tools in that kit. My suggestion is to avoid the pre-made kits and make your own based on what tools you actually may need. You can put together one heck of a nice, complete kit for well under 100 bucks.

RE: craftsman tool kit
I just picked one up yesterday, on sale for $65. I wouldn't pay $99 for it, but for $65 all the tools in it are Craftsman and guaranteed for life and I couldn't buy them separately for less. I do have all the tools in my garage, but that doesn't do me any good if I need them on the road. And if I need them in the garage, I don't want to have to dig them out of my bike.
I did have a little time in trying to figure out how to fit all the tools in the wrap that it comes with though[:@]

I didn't buy a premade kit. I pieced my together with tools I bought here and there. My wrenchs the ratchet ones. Nice to get in those tight places. The kit does look nice though. All of my sockets are craftmans.... Nice tools.

$100?
I wionder how many people already have all of the same tools in that kit laying around in their tool box, garage or around the house. I know I do. They may not all be new, shiny, compact and all the same brand, but better than going out and spending $100.
A $100 saved is a $100 worthof new chrome for your bike.

RE: craftsman tool kit
omg thats all you get inthe sears motorcycle kitset for 99.00, not worth it to me. i just bought the craftmans 263 pc tool set for 120.00 new on ebay. just buy the 263 pc set and make your own bike tool kit and you will have tons of tools for the garage also. more bang for your buck, for just 20.00 more, then the motorcycle kit. jackyl
