For anybody that owns a FL or any kind you know all about a speed wobble. Through Drag Specialties they sale a a product called Touring TRX. It bolts on in minutes, and will eliminate all the wobble. It's adjustable for how eever you ride. Works great.

Yep, in 1976 on my friend's dads' Suzuki 500 Titan at about 105mph. I cut my teeth on dirt bikes, so I knew better than to grab a fist full of front brake,so I eased off the throttle and applied some rear brake. It was a7 on the pucker scale.

Back in 78' I was riding a Yamaha 500 and was pulling up a hill that sweeps to the left about a quarter of a mile, everything was fine until I reached 90mph. That's when the bike went into a death wobble, I eased off the gas and it pulled out of it............so then I thought I would see if it did that going down the hill (well I heard if you opened it up it would stop the woobleSo being a little stupid at the time, I tried it and sure enough, 90mph and the bike started to shake, so I opened it up and nothing but the same, now it did not get worse nor better. At this time the force was pulling me towards the left guardrail and I backed off and never tried it again.

When I hammer my Fxwg and bury the speedometer on 120 in 4th gear and slam it into 5th and 6th and let off on it my bike tends to wobble a little. Kinda scary ! Give it more gas. Sometimes its the bad roads. Took the dunlop tires off and put 880 metzlers on. Its better.
