It takes too long to try to find anything in the "online" catalog as you have to wait to load each page. Guess, what, Harley, I'll be buying a lot less from you from now on.
First world problems when your Internet browsing is less convenient than flipping pages in a magazine.
I like the catalog for my wife. I go thru and highlight items that I want. Then when it’s gift giving time she can simply flip thru and get part numbers. Much easier on her and I’m happier because I get something I want and it’s the right part.

who asked your opinion on what we do? I never said it was too hard to look online or that what we do is easier or better. I simply stated why we like the paper version. Could I look online and bookmark items on my browser? Sure but that won’t do my wife much good unless she has my phone. She is also a little old school. Still uses a planner that you actually write in instead of her phone, tablet or other electronic device.
Hows that? I just left and looked elsewhere. I have 2 more bikes to replace when the garage gets rebuilt and they won't be the selling these to me.
Maybe because you bought a new bike from them, then gave them 6k and disappeared. Best customer ever. Give them money then take your complaints elsewhere.
I did look at the original link and bookmarked.....my question was if the 2021 catalog be available as a PDF (just as the ones on the link) or will it be only at the parts section of HD website.....
