I think of this as Ford discontinuing the mustang? I know I’m no re branding specialist but isn’t the sportster what makes Harley Harley?

 

They have a new Sportster coming with the new Revolution engine.

 

Nothing that I've read so far from credible sources suggests that either of these are true-for Model year 2021.

Yes, there are bikes coming with the new engine.

Yes, the Sportster will need updating-soon.

You will see Traditional Sportsters next month, hopefully with some updates that have yet to be revealed.

 

Sportster in a Sport bike or Sport Tourer is a thought. Nah... what a crazy idea.

 

One of the pics I got when I filled out a questionnaire from HD, showed a Roadster with an EVO that appears to have VVT based on what I see on the case. All speculation at this point on what will be, and what will not be, a Sportster. Come on January!

 

There is a new vvt engine for the sportster coming it's not going away just yet

 

Maybe it will morph into the Bronx.

 

Its one of their top sellers, so I'd say whoever you heard this from is full of BS.

 

The last changes they made to the Sportster was way back in 2004 .
