180 Saturday to great place on the Homosassa River with a group of 17.

 

Looked out the window this morning , yup , still winter . With all that's been going on in this world , I thought anythings possible . I have a set of bars coming I'd like to start on , love working on bikes while I'm down for the season .

 

One of the really cool things about this thread is that it introduces me to places I have never heard of before. The Homosassa River ride had to be really nice (just looked it up). My sister and one of my nieces lives in Daytona Beach. Says the weather is great there now.

And on that note my friend (this is going to be embarrassing) 2 miles today. Only went to the bank.

Hey, at least I did not go in a cage. Give me some credit here. OH, and I get 1 point for being honest.

I rode 263 miles today, and it was not too bad, until late in the day. Then I got cold.

 

I wore it once going into Canada. Border chap did not have a sense of humor. Turned me around and sent me back.

I said I was the gigolo for the Queen.

Nope. No sense of humor.

Took my NEXUS card and tore it up.

 

Should have bribed him with a Big Mac , or in this case a Whopper .

 

I got in a bit under 100mi today! it was a bit chilly, but a sun filled day, surprised that I didn't pass another bike on the road
