Only has 700 miles on his due to work and family commitments but will get some more miles on it in the next couple of weeks.
I have ordered another seat from eBay to replace the one that was modified.
If your brother does not mind a little wrenching, you can pull the stock mufflers off, drill out the rivets on the end and pullout the end caps off. Once that is done the silencer in the mufflers simply unbolts. I left all the packing material in place and riveted mine back together. It has a nice throaty rumble now and did not loose any torque. If you wanted it loader you could always remove some of the packing to get them louder.
I have a couple of sets of Krome Werks baffles left from my last build. The center section of the stock exhaust with the silencer removed is larger than the Krome Werks, so they should flow well.
It is a cheap upgrade for a couple of hours time.

Got in about 100 miles trying to decide where to eat lunch. Had to turn around at Benson NC due to Mule Days festivities. Finally stopped at a chicken joint near home but the AC was out. First world problem. Ate a ham and cheese sammich at the house instead.

113-miles on the new to me '10 FLHTK with sidecar. It was a good shake down run. Really pulls hard to the right. Gotta make some adjustments.

Also hit some rain. My bet is this is the first time this one-owner garage queen ever saw rain with the obligatory road grime all over it.

Much more ***** than the '09 Ural. Which was expected with a 103 Twinkie.

I got 2 fill-ups in today.
Rode down to Oceanside for breakfast. Then we took a lap south to SD Harley to see some bikes & vendors, then across the Coronado Bridge and down to Imperial Beach before heading back north.
Nice ride for sure.

I got in a 135 Saturday goofing around and another 100 yesterday. I finally stopped in a little park outside of Jefferson for a smoke and Gatorade before heading home. Still a little hot in East Texas but tolerable.

79-round trip to Hillside Cycles and an inspection on the new to me 2010 FLHTK with sidecar. Time to start bringing heavier hoodies.
