280 miles today, 170+ yesterday. Beartooth highway Cooke City Mt. To Red Lodge, Cody WY for fuel, then back up the Chief Joseph Scenic Byway back to Cook City.

The obigilitory bison next to the highway

Top of the pass, 10,947'

I still to this day think the American Indian really got the shaft. Chief Joseph and his people really got f'd over big time.

Going to the Sun Road tomorrow1,500 miles for the week

47 miles on the Sportster. Had an old man back into the bike and knock it over while parked. Going to need some work.

198 miles on the Indian.

Only my usual ride in to work but I set off early this morning to beat the traffic and the roads were super quiet. The sun was just starting to shine and man the bike was running good.
Id been spending some time on getting the points and carb mixture set just right and had had been sorting an air leak I was sure was coming from the exhaust header.

It was one of those rides where you quite happily hum along lazily at 2000rpm with the motor just throbbing along riding that wave of torque, no popping anymore on decel and much better pull low down in the rev range. Damn I like rides like that

Certainly would enjoy seeing some pics from a ride in Scotland, as I'm sure others would too...

Just the 50 mile round trip to work and back.

Better than nothing.
