Temp hit 55* in NJ so I pulled off 45 miles . I did wear my leather pants and jacket and I also have a fair thats up as high as my nose .

 

Finally got back out today!

Left home at 20 degrees for work, on the way home it was sunny and 60 degrees. I put my boots on and a jacket and took Belinda for a spin around the county before dark.

Better than nothing.

Nice scenery. In my place 20 miles from home is still a city around, however with some picturesque locations.

 

 

About 70 miles - went to dealer to order a tourpack lock. Nice 55F when I left and 47 on return. Didn't bother with heated gloves but did wear liner

 

103.4 I keep forgetting to stop and take a picture, But Y'all could watch my videos.

 

After 164 days, I was finally able to get the inaugural ride in on my rebuild.

Newport Beach, Ca.

 

Was a balmy 62 degrees here in South Central PA yesterday. Took the trike out for a ride - 68 or so miles in about 2.5 hours, nothing special or place to go.

Will need to wipe the bike down as it got some road film on the wheels & fender as the pavement was wet in some spots from the rain overnight.

67 degrees! Rained overnight into the morning. Overcast up until 4pm and we ended the day with a beautiful sunset.

The Carolina Girl and I took Ginger for a 92 mile spin today. The temps were fantastic.







Our first stop was at Smokin HD. When we walked in we were two of maybe 6 customers there total. People started coming in shortly afterwards but it gave us a great opportunity to visit with all our dealership friends there. Mike and Jan in motorcloths helped the Carolina Girl spend a few bucks. I enjoyed speaking with Eric and Jake in parts. Then of course we harassed Susan in sales before giving Jeff and Charlie a hard time in service.

They have a new 2023 CVO Street Glide on the floor and I saw a 23 CVO RG on the lift getting a 5k service.












We rode through Lewisville and Clemmons before returning to DC. Our last stop was at Miller’s Restaurant in Mocksville for dinner. We both had a foot long dog all the way with fries, ice tea and a slice of their fantastic lemon meringue pie, total bill with a $5 buck tip was $25.06. You cannot beat that, plus we saw a few friends there!

I am happy to report that after 8 months the round about at the five way between Miller’s and Auto Zone is finally finished! Wow, only took our local government 8 months. It is very nice and we did a full 360 a total of 6 times before the Carolina Girl started hitting me! I love that lady.
