Beautiful day here. I got in a nice little 140 miler. I'm still dialing the Evolution Industries Stage 1 clutch in, but I think I got it nailed today. I replaced half of the medium springs with light springs, and that gave me an easier lever pull. It's adjusted the way I like it, engaging close to the grip.

I found a nice long, straight, stretch of empty road, and hammered her through the gears, taking each gear (except 6th) to near redline, and there was zero slippage. I backed off when I hit 120 mph in 5th. There was lots more left in engine, though. Best clutch I've ever used, by far.

The operation is pure butter smooth. Finding neutral is a bit touchy at the moment, but I am convinced it's because I have ATF in the primary, and I filled it more than usual, both per Evo Ind's instructions. Next oil change I will go with Spectro primary oil, and fill to the level I normally do, which is just enough to show between the clutch basket and the primary cover.

Cheers!

Yesterday I repaired the leaking fork seal on Belinda and cleaned her up.

Today we went for a ride and put 101 miles on her. She ran great and of course the stereo sounded AWESOME!

We rode up to Crossroads HD in Wilkesboro to see Mike and Micah. Then we stopped at Dodge City for a late lunch.

After we returned home I cleaned the bugs off Belinda and tucked her away. I needed to go to Lowe’s Hardware so why not break Ginger out. So I rode the RG CVO a total of 7 miles to Lowe’s and back.

Two excellent odd number rides. No BuzzCrap, you cannot add those together! LOL

Simply a beautiful evening here in central North Carolina! So I took to opportunity after work to get on the bike and ride with particular destination in mind.

Ended up riding 73.5 miles

That’s an odd number anyway you look at it!
I do like numbers ending in 5 though….
