I'm more confident when making right turns, since throttle is close to me. I struggle making left turns as throttle side is far away from me. I really have to be on the tank if I want to make full lock turns, by the way I'm not there yet. I try to practice 2 to 3 times a week.
For some reason I'm hesitant to keep my throttle loaded. It just the way Harley motor sounds, I'm always afraid that it may blow up or something. LOL Also a reason I do not ride past 3k RPM.
But I need to figure out if I'm comfortable bliping a throttle like Jerry Palladino (Ride like a pro guy) recommends or keep the throttle loaded constantly.

I don't have a tach and I didn't realize how often I was lugging the engine. I've been riding with the power vision connected after swapping cams a couple of weeks ago. I'm trying to retrain my ears and downshift when I fall below 3000.

The Carolina girl did the mowing today as I worked from home. We rolled out a little before 5pm and went to Little Richards BBQ in Yadkinville for dinner. Then we rode a few miles more and really enjoyed the evening.
It was 83 degree in NC today and we did a total of 56 miles!
