Working from home today, snuck out at lunch for 36 miles. 55-60 degrees

 

Only got in a 20 min ride this afternoon, 41 degrees but sunny.

I can still smell the the new paint on the exhaust cooking :-)

 

My wife and took a 55 mile ride to no where, just for some wind therapy…

 

After 82 days of sitting in the garage, the Limited was free again! I got in 104 miles!

 

I can predict zero miles today.

It will be 61-degrees in mid-Feb here in central NY. No snow for snowmobiling.

So much salt is still on the roads, where there are not piles of it, it looks like the Bonneville Salt Flats.

I am in Hell.

240. Made a BBQ run to Mt Gilead NC.

This is what the wood pile looks like behind a 101 year old bbq establishment.

 

Another unseasonably warm day, so I gathered up the posse for a 230-mile backroads ride. Some of the boys still wanted to treat their woman right, even after their Valentine's Day celebration. So, we made a stop at Sorrenti Family Estate Winery, Distillery & Pizzeria to pick up a couple of bottles of wine. It was then off for lunch at Maggie's Tavern.

 

Was in the 60s here in South Central PA, got about 100 miles in just riding about, here and there on local roads. Was good.

 

My grandmother was from the Mt Gilead area. Chip, NC actually.
