184 miles. 30 degrees when I left, sunny and windy, it warmed up to 40 but wind picked up even more.

 

Rode 47 miles today. 54 degrees and windy.

 

Around 30-40 miles this afternoon. The weather this January has been lousy, and the roads until recently have been coated with salt but the rain we've had has washed that away so I've managed to get in around 200 miles so far this month.

 

Left Buford GA at 7:30 this morning headed to Murray KY. Temp was 26 F when I left. 400 miles later when I arrived in Murray the temp had risen to 48F. Roads over Mt Eagle were brined and wet, snow on the ground. Dropping the bike off at Hannigan Motorsports in the morning for sidecar installation.

 

We have been getting some rain for a while and temps are up into mid 30's. This has caused to melt lot of snow, while the main roads are clean, secondary roads still have some snow left. If snow on my driveway washes off, I'm planning on riding this Thursday. We will see...

 

Got in 69 miles yesterday. Sunny with temps 52-56.

 

Temp here in SoCal today was 60°.
Covid test was negative, new exhaust bracket is on, new coil & wires installed, jiffy stand serviced w/ new spring installed.
Starts like a champ now.

I got about 15 miles in today.
Not many for sure, but with all of the repairs and upgrades that have been done recently, I need to regain some confidence in it before I get out on the freeway again.

 

Temps back in the 50°Fs this morning, felt cooler when I hit the fog. Mostly a nice 50 miles this morning. Should be 80°F for the drive home.

 

Yesterday (Wednesday), I lead a short 153-mile jaunt with a few of the backstreet boys up to the Erie Hotel & Restaurant for lunch. A scenic ride back was slightly hampered by one road closure. Didn't realize the Sawmill Road through High Point State Park was closed for the season.

 

I drove 50 miles so far today, 100 yesterday, 100 Wednesday and 100 Tuesday. It was in the 60°Fs this morning.
