Ride was curtailed, but now have 1,000 miles more than purchased, 2,265 !
Headed south, different roads I take in a big loop, started heading West & come to Commuter rail crossing
And all sorts of Police cars in the road up ahead & the train is STOPPED blocking the road
Just looked on the Web & it caught fire
Back track head further & Poco comes flying up heading North
I saw the lights & was already pulling to the side of the road
Needless to say traffic was F'ed up royally in the whole area, went home
I usually use my trip odometer. When I forget, I can guess pretty close by now.

The Carolina Girl and I saddled up and took Olivia on another ride this afternoon. We went up to Freebornes on the BRP for lunch and stopped by Crossroads HD on the way back home.
The ride total was 134.1 miles. Beautiful day that was much warmer than originally predicted.

I need to do the 5k service on Belinda. When we return home I fired her up and went for a spirited 16.1 mile run. Returned and pulled all three drain plugs.
123 mi today with a run to the city to catch up with a friend. Loving the warming weather after the winter and spring. over 60F today and a bit of wind but great riding weather.
10/8/22 - Concord, NC to Hickory and back on my salvage '22 FXLRS project to look at a used '14 Ducati Monster. Yep, I bought it. I love the thrill of finding and buying salvage and used bikes under $8K or so.
