Wife and I had a nice friday afternoon end of week 47mile round trip ride to Milton for a coffee and to see the engineer who is making me a new set of bars for my Dyna.

 

I woke up at 1am and was looking for a PGR mission to ride for the day. The only one was in Bisbee AZ, about 3 and a half hour ride so… 4am I’m out the door. First stop was QT for a bucket of ice tea and a breakfast croissant then on down the road. We met at the American Legion post in Bisbee for an escort for Mike Quiroz a WW2 veteran to Southern Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Serra Vista with the help of Cochise County Sheriff’s we all made it safely to his military honors.



After was my time for a ride around southern Arizona so went thru Serra Vista to Tombstone and up to Tucson on my way home. Just a bit over 500 miles in all.
I am not a big photo guy so nothing more than the one picture but it was a nice ride for a day off.

 

About 50 miles, just to get out and ride a little. I'll be taking longer rides in the next few weeks.

My son and I rode 38 miles after work today. I have put 1,005 miles on mine since I got it a month ago.

 

We did 290 today. Syracuse to corning,NY, then on to Wellsboro, PA and along rt 6 to PA 144. 44-miles of curves.

Then PA120 to overnight in St Marys, PA.

We started in 45-degree temps and finally hit low 60’s around 3pm. Rain all day tomorrow.

Only around 80 miles or so since I got a late start. Fantastic day here sunny and temps right at 70*F.

As usual I was out on state/county roads and noticed the soybean harvest is getting into high gear, even passed some corn fields that had been picked.
