I never track how many miles I ride on any day
I just get on & ride
Need to look for places to ride to, instead of just wandering around

 

Probably rode around 40 miles or so earlier in the day. This evening I did something I haven't been able to do for quite a while, jumped on the bike around 6:30 pm and rode county roads for around 60 miles or so until about 8:00 pm. Beautiful evening here, partly sunny and temps around 75-80*.

Got home and cracked open a bottle of wine... Perfect ending to a great day.

 

I did a lunch run (70-75 miles) with my friend today.

Had two "interesting" incident's occur on the same road within 2 miles of watch other.

On a busy 55 MPH four-lane road I was in the LH lane and I stopped for a red light.
The car on the RH lane approached the light a safe ,decent speed and just kept going right through the light!

Within a mile, I (again ) was in the LH lane following a pickup that was towing small boat and trailer.
As he approached the "cross-over" to do a turn-around (what we call a Michigan left) go to the other side of the highway, the car just in front of me in the RH lane, hit his brakes and turned on his LH turn signal!
I got slowed down to where I could stop if necessary but at least he didn't just turn in front of me!

 

About a 130. Took a nice ride through Allegheny, Beaver and Washington counties in South Western Pennsylvania.

Been too hot, working on patio paver install & I'm beat by the end of the day
Just jumpin in the neighbor's pool while they are away

 

306 miles. Finally rode Skyline end to end



Funny, info screen shows trip started on 19th and ended on 20th but lasted only close to 6 hours 😀 Route back was mostly highways (I64, I81) that bumped the average speed.
