I had some errands to run yesterday, rode 20 miles at lunchtime. (was working from home) My wife has her permit, and just passed the MSF class. Just has to show the certificate to DMV to get her M endorsement. She has never ridden on a public road, but she got home yesterday and said "let's go for a short ride". So we rode about 18 miles, her on the Sportster. She did well, albeit a bit slow. One small hill start, lots of stop/turn. One U turn in a parking lot. Top speed was about 50mph, all on 2 lane back roads. The few cars that came up behind us were very patient. When we got home, she wanted to ride some more, but on the back of the Electraglide so we went for another 25 mile ride out in the country.

 

Rode 116 miles today. All two lane back roads. Went thru farm land, love the smells. Did some miles in the Huron national forest, a huge buck woke me up I've never seen one jump as high as this guy. Stopped at a cute little country store for a Coke. Finished the ride off with a little Chinese buffet, perfect day!

 

66 miles round trip to work and back.

 

Not sue how far I rode this afternoon but it wouldn't haven't been much more than 30 or so miles to my local watering hole for a quiet beer and back home.

 

My wife and I went 324 miles today. Went to Massena to the Eisenhower lock.

 

Wandered around the PNW for 180miles today. Around the Renton Highlands.
Found myself in a few interesting places, but I managed to end up watching the new riders take the MSF Course for a bit.
Got lost and just wandered.

 

Got out today with a group out of Anaheim.
Took a ride into the mountains of SoCal for lunch.
About 150 miles.

 

468... Milwaukee to the Mississippi, up the Great River Road to La Crosse then meander the backroads back.

 

Not much. Actually not much lately. Maybe 25 - 30.

But still waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than zero.

 

Zero yesterday, zero last week, and zero last month. Wife had a head injury on May 9th 750 miles from home and in the hospital since. Hope to get her home in a week and plan on at least getting a few hours of riding in soon.
