79-yesterday and 212-miles today. I'm watching the snow melt. Temps started at 52 and ended at 72.

And two weeks ago I was riding in 6-inches of new powder.

I think Mother Nature is on 'schrooms.

The Carolina Girl and I took the SGS out this afternoon for 178 mile ride. Beautiful day at 71 degrees. Rode up to Wilkesboro and enjoyed an early dinner. Stopped by Crossroads and it was crazy there. They we’re hosting the Chamber of Commerce and had about 50 people there, a guy playing the guitar, tables setup with food and drinks along with lot of decorations. Not a good place for actual customers today.

 

Had nice weather yesterday so got out after work for ribs.
Only 38 miles but was the spring opener.

Rode 140 for barbecue in Liberty NC …but they were closed.

 

104 miles after work. Beautiful day, mid 70s a little windy.

 

I finally got her delivered last week after some dealer mods. So yesterday was the first not cold, not snowy, not rainy day so got in about 10 miles. Would have been 9 but the f'n dealership forgot to fully tighten the handlebar clamp! So I came back home, took a mild sedative (JK) and went back out to calm down and finish my "test ride" See my review under 'Bad Dealer Experiences'

Did half the Skyline (enter Front Royal exit 211) loop - 154 miles.

 

Almost there, they have to remove thousands of pounds of sand from our road first. Can't wait to ride.
