it was mid to high 50's today, got in exactly 98.5 miles, and it felt absolutely glorious!!!!!

Cloudy tomorrow but low sixties by mid afternoon, which is dang too close to near sundown this time of year.
I do want to test my new Freedom recurve windshield which is an inch lower than the last one.

Plan is for 75-100 miles.

 

About 145 miles yesterday to a combination BBQ joint and airport for lunch.

 

I'm a little late, but last weekend I went to Ormond Beach to do the Ormond Beach loop . Left on Friday morning came home Sunday and clocked in 805 Mls. Did the loop over and over. From Cape Coral Fl to Ormond Beach . Had a blast, temp was aprox. between 42 and 60 degrees. My house to where I was staying is 239 Mls of back roads and 2 lanes roads. 7 hrs each way no stops except fuel. I do this run 2-3 times a yr. including Daytona October festival and Daytona bike week.

 

It’s Dec 13 and about 12 noon it will be wind therapy time in New Jersey ! It’s 55* @ 9am and we don’t have any salt on the roads yet so this will probably be the day to finish the year out .
And if the dealers would have had the 2021 models on their show floors they would be packed today. But that’s not going to happen . So it will be open roads today .

 

20 miles in search of real Christmas tree. No positive results yet, later will check other places.

 

I just did 50 miles to test out my new fork springs . There was virtually no difference so I’m going to pull them back out and send them back .

 

got 70mi in today! supposed to get snow this week, they're talking possibly 5-8" so today will be last this year
