Snow and ice on the roads. I don't mind the 21F temperature, as I have Gerbing's heated gear, but one can barely walk on the roads due to ice.

Therefore, I hate threads like this. It is unlikely that I'll see bare roads for the next 3 or 4 months.

To those of you you who can view the world over your handlebars, enjoy.

 

My riding buddy who challenged me to buy another hD after being out of the saddle for 31 years is going back to the sandbox in two days.

Quick trip from LV to Searchlight, then through Nipton to I-15 and back to LV. Wanted to get the new Ultra Limited over it's 500 mile break in period. This thing is such a joy to ride.

 

Just took my last short ride of the season before our first snow storm hits us tomorrow. Got 8 months of riding here in the North East this year for a little over 8 k miles.

 

November was a big surprise for the Northeast with all the days that hit 70° or close to it . After today it will full leathers to ride .

 

Sure was. I rode about a thousand miles last month. That kind of late fall riding is rare around these parts. Heck, just being able to take a ride in December is rare around here. usually we have some snow on the ground or the roads have already been salted.
