Not too many miles today.

After checking out a house (for sale) for my riding partner and going to breakfast with the wide I cams home, done a few things and took a ride to HELL (MI) to the Hell Saloon and visited with a few friends and watched the bikes come and go.

Not a productive day but the weather was nice and I had a nice time!

My buddy up in Leesburg, VA said if we come visit, he will have ribs, beans, slaw and cold PBRs for us. And a fire to sit by at night. So off my wife and I went, into the DC suburbs on Sat morning. When we got home Sun afternoon total miles = 578. Had great weather, saw lots of others out riding. Took route 15 all the way up instead of I-95. Traffic was heavy once we got about 30 miles out of Leesburg, but otherwise it was a nice ride.

 

I believe you were the one asking about BBQ on the way back. Did you stop at Far Gohn in Culpeper?

 

40 miles. I haven't gotten out much at all this entire year so I wasn't letting the last 80 degree day for the foreseeable future go to waste. barring some unexpected Indian Summer in October it'll be leather season till the snow comes.

 

Well, yesterday I rode about 83 miles just to warn the oil up so I could do an oil change.

 

about 30 or so miles had to go to the parts store working on 1 bike and needed parts so i am limited at this point . if mon aint riding nobodys riding just the way it is
