Default New Big-*** Stage III And IV Kits For H-D Milwaukee Eights

"Not long ago, Harley announced its 131-inch Milwaukee Eight crate motor; now you can get all the components to roll your own in the privacy of your own home. Also kits to expand and enhance your M8 107, your M8 114… winter is coming. You know what to do"

We had the crate engines, now we get the stage kits. Should be of interest to quite a few.

That "Stage" stuff will be the death of Harley Davidson or at least the M8. Why shouldn't I buy another brand that is already engineered and built for maximum performance and reliability, instead of having to pay extra and bolt it on?
I sure hope they don't need to sell "Stages" for the Revolution Max engines.

I can see people buying these kits and having a ton of problems with them.... Better off letting the dealerships do it and fix the problems before it leaves the shop. Cost a little more but worthwhile... Too new for home shops to do.

Could be wrong of course and I hope I am...

The MoCo is competing with the aftermarket performance industry, not eliminating it. If they sold their bikes with the maximum reliable performance already built-in, there wouldn't be a market for Harley performance parts.
I paid the "Harley tax" twice and I'm not going to do that again.

Who are all these gray beards that want to go that fast? Good luck, I hope they sell a ton of them.
