Hey everyone. I just installed the Kisan Headlight Modulator on my 07 Ultra and am compiling info to carry with me in case I am stopped by police (I understand that this happens every once in a while). I already have a copy of the Federal Statute saying that they are legal in all 50 states, and I have a copy of the PA statute but cant find a link to the NJ statute. Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the NJ statute pertaining to modulating headlights?
I want to have all of my ducks in a row for the LEO or judge if I have to go to court. I think this is a great safety feature.

I have theKriss Industries version installed. Took about 10 minutes to install and I don't over use it. Asked a local LEO about it and he said sounds good...but advised not to use it near a radar trap. Makes since.
