Guys, thanks for the replies. Forgot about that one small important item...that being the turbo boost. Certainly does make sense.

Lost1: don't know what the compression ratio is at max PSI. I do know max boost on the car is about 12 psi, which was set up from callaway engineering.

Never tried those personally, but every "amazing", "super", "mega" gas additive I have ever tried in my car, HD, sportbike, dirtbike and quad did NOTHING. There is no substitute for the highest octane and cleanest gas you can buy from a station IMHO.
Just so you know, high octane gas is harder to burn than low octane gas, so unless you have really high compression or you are running alot of totaltiming on your ride, you are actually getting less performance and gas milage out of high octane gas...

Chris
I agree, I just didn't want to get into a debate of high octane/compression, but looks like I am too late!

Anyone know the compression ratio on an 88B bored to 95" with the SE flat top pistons, SE203 cams and stock heads? I've looked all over and can't find it online.

I have somewhat the same work done on my motor and I run 10.5:1. Thats with high compression pistons and milled heads.

You should be in the area of 9.5 to 1 ...plus or minus a tenth of a point for stock casting variations or "thin" head gaskets.
