Default Which spare bulb #s for an Electra Glide??

We leave for our pilgrimmage to Sturgis in a few days and want to have spare bulbs for our Glides... I'm going to an auto parts store to get the tail light/turn signalbulbs as they're standard automotive if I'm not mistaken. I've got a Honda H4 from a previous bike and I think this is good for the H-D also correct? If not I'm opento becorrected!

If I'm not mistaken an '05 Electra Glide needs the following:

Headlight: #H4 (is the Sylvania #9003 the brighter/better one?)
Turn signals/tail lights: #1157 (or is it 1156? or both?)

H4 is right on the headlight bulb. You might want to try the Silverstar by sylvania. I think the number is H4ST

Not sure on the brake/turn. I need to get some spares myself.

Found this on another thread.

You can go to AUTOZONE and pick up the bulbs you need for the front turn signals. PN 1157LL or 2057LL.
Also this tip:
One thing I figured out was that your front turn signal bulbs are the same as the brake light so if you lose your brake and don't have a bulb handy, swap it with a front turn signal bulb.

Here's another tip... A 35mm camera film container is an excellent storage container for your turn and brake light bulbs.

Yep, front turn signals are 1157 and rears are 1156...

Now the rear tail-light bulb is not one of these two. The base is different. I'll have to look into it more for that one.

Buy the Silverstar for the headlight but don't use as a spare. Put that baby on the bike and keep the origional equipment bulb as spare.
