Default Black and Chrome

I have a Dyna Wide Glide, I will be doing some different exhaust on it soon. I'm looking for some opinions on whether black pipes can look good on a bike that also has some chrome on it?

I will be having the tank and fenders painted black (probably satin). I have some chrome on it, primary cover, battery cover etc. Also, any pics of bikes with a mix of black and chrome is appreciated as well.

Thanks.

I've seen bikes with chrome headers and black mufflers and black headers with chrome mufflers. Whatever floats your boat.

I went a different route. After having both black and chrome pipes settled with silver Jet Hot coating for the contrast..Comes in several colors and helps with the heat. Chrome hardware adds some detail.G.

The only thing that matters is if you think it looks good. It's your bike. No permission or seal of approval is needed.

Bits of chrome on a motor looks ok on a black bike. Chrome exhaust is too much, distracts from the bike and draws too much on a couple long sticks running along the bike. iMO

Each his own, but black exhaust is a better way to go on a black bike.
