I'd like to take one for a test ride. Wont buy one. Performance is at the top when it comes to these things and there's no denying it. But theres something else- I learned it in my chop building days- Stance. How a bike looks at curb line. It may not matter to some but it does to me. Looking at my FLRT just at sunup this morning at the rest area . The lines flow from front to rear giving it a chopped look- Stance, how it looks when your walking up on it. Front wheel trikes dont have it , they never will. You can dress the baby up in the most expensive clothes but the kid is still ugly. Each to thire own.

i would own a trike first. i have never like the look of these. the good thing at least in NH . if you take your driving test on one that's all you can ride. and i can say i have met the biggest douches on these things.
before certain people accuse me of lumping a whole group of people , i am speaking from experience so far it's been about 75% douche and 25% cool people

The Tilting concept gives you the lean of a motorcycle, so I do like that. But at $14k, you'd be having to find the "right" person to buy it when it comes time to sell.
For $14k, my first reaction is I'd sell my HD and I'd get a Can Am Spyder. Or an HD trike. Or a convertible. Just from a financial aspect, it makes for better resale. IMO
