Advice requested! 900 mile 100th Anniversary V-Rod

Sounds like you really like the bike and it's a pretty safe bet you won't get anywhere near what you thought for the bike. So, my suggestion would be dump a few hundred into it, make sure its safe and ride the **** out of it. Then, if you get tired of it, sell it for a couple hundred less than you could get for it now after actually enjoying it.

No one is knocking anyone for being well off. God bless em, Im happy for them... The only things I saw come up is the validity of the content. Nothing more, nothing less. Commenting half assed makes people look stupid.. Read before you react.

Good morning all,
Thank you to those that provided helpful insight as to my question of current market value.
I was pleased to receive multiple offers on the bike, and have sold it. A bit below asking price, but close enough to make the deal. I will miss seeing it in the garage, and miss the Saturday morning rides to breakfast. But (obviously) I was not riding much, and it was just time to move on. It was never bought as an "investment," I just loved the design and wanted to own that beautiful bike. But life changes over the years, and it no longer made sense to me to keep it.
Thanks again,
Jeff
