I purchased a pen like paint applicator, there was more than enough to do 4 sides of outline.Hard to gauge how much is left, but they're cheap enough to buy 2. I'll need a gallon pail if I do all my bikes!

 

i like the look of the outline being white, better than the solid white letters . i may have to pick up a pen and try this out.
