That's why we live in Calif. 70% + of the entire state is just like that, ranch, farm, mining and of course, government private land and BLM.
Yea, the beaches are cool but those foothills are alluring and next to those rough roads is nice blacktop with sweeping turns and then hairpin turns and straight away's you get up to a 100. The heat during the summer will kick your ***, it's dry like the desert and it fry's you.

 

Nice pics, Denny! Glad to see you're getting more riding in. I have an appointment today at 1:00, but as soon as that's done I'm on mine for a nice ride. It's supposed to hit 84 degrees today!

 

Hi Paul , I got the bike run-nin like a Hot - Rod , Puts a Grin on my face every time I get-on-it.
I'm goin again Mon. or Tues. All the Casinos have been closed now for about 6 weeks , Drive-in everybody Crazy .

I spent some time driving that road in the early 80s while in the Air Force and it is a beautiful area and State, it's just some of the inhabitants (not from that area) I have a problem with.......of course I'm not referring to you or Dennyo.

 

Love this bike... You could easily make this look like Mickey Rourke's bike from the movie Marlboro Man!!!!
