Harley engines don't shake n vibrate. They have a SOUL and you brought it to life. If ya can't feel it, it's just transportation.

I had such a feel for my 06' Standard FLHTI that I knew when to break into the cam chest for tensioners the first time. 73K. Longer than anyone around here. It still had the original clutch discs and final drive belt at 144,000 upon trading it. Oh yeah, my floorboards were worn close to flat as well. Good thing they new not what they were looking at

I like the feel of a rubbermount Evo over the TC balanced Softail. I'd bet that TC crank runout differences makes them vary quite a bit.

Harley Davidson jug pulses is extremely erotic.
My hopped-up '03 1200 Sporty vibrated so bad that it snapped off one of the OEM mirror stalks right at the base, at highway cruise, no less.

I miss watching and feeling the shake at idle on my 02 Road King with its rubber mounted TC.

I understand the math behind this but, years ago I had a Honda CBX, it didn`t vibrate per se but the high frequency buzz/ tingle would kill your butt on the hiway

Default Engine Feel

In the Harley world "Engine Feel" = Vibration...or as Harley riders like to say the bike has a " Soul ." You can " feel " the bike is running under you, hear the exhaust rumble.. It's what makes a Harley a Harley.. Go test ride a new Goldwing, then conpaire it to your Harley, you'll know..
