Default update on Dever exhaust ticket...

Well my dad went to court yesterday on his " improper exhaust ticket" from the Denver Gistopol.... The judge was very sensible and through out the whole thing.... sincemy dadchanged his exhaust on his ownshe through the whole thing out. On the way out of the courthouse the EPA official that tried toobject tothe ticket being tossed out by the judge, confronts the ole man and tells him thatwatch out anddon't even think about swapping the exhaust back....If he sees him back in court he'll nail his *** to the wall...(???????? WTF) This guy is way out there.....lol My ole mantells him to back offand get used to losing these cases in court....

I would have called the police to start theprocess of proving harassment. Then, next time this jackass showed up near me, I'd hit him with a restraining order.

Was thinking (Damn!...that hurt!), the other day about this Denver bike noise campaign. Seems it would be a great public service for the authorities to set up some free inspection clinics every so often so bikers can at least freekin find out if they are over the limit. What bikers can afford to own their own sound measurement devices? Sheesh, at least give the biking public a hand in trying to comply!!

AndAT the free inspection clinics, there should be total amnesty at that time... no tickets on the spot or any other documentation checks.

Oh well, what do I know about how things work?

I think I would have asked the guy to wait one moment, walked back into the courtroom and asked the judge what the fine is for assault and battery, peeled off a few hundreds for the judge, gone back outside the courtroom and popped his *** a good one.

Dr Ray Stantz: Everything was fine with our system until the power grid was shut off by dickless here.
Walter Peck: They caused an explosion!
Mayor: Is this true?
Dr. Peter Venkman: Yes it's true.
[pause[/i]]
Dr. Peter Venkman: This man has no dick.
Walter Peck: Jeez!
[Charges at Venkman[/i]]
Mayor: Break it up! Hey, break this up! Break it up!
Walter Peck: All right, all right, all right!
Dr. Peter Venkman: Well, that's what I heard!

Same here. He would have stomped a mudhole in his *** and walked it dry.
