Well, I don't know about the restrain order part, that takes away alot of the guys rights that shouldn't be taken away. But I agree it should be reported since the guy made threats.

Why was an EPA guy even there?

 

What irritates me about this type of thing is we all hear on a regular basis 12" woofers booming louder than a set of Rineharts.

 

I live in CA. I keep the stock exhaust in case this happens to me again. It has already happened once. I swapped exhaust, got it inspected($10) and got a new louder exhaust to slap on the bike. Presto. Works like magick...

 

"Seems it would be a great public service for the authorities to set up some free inspection clinics every so often so bikers can at least freekin find out if they are over the limit. What bikers can afford to own their own sound measurement devices? Sheesh, at least give the biking public a hand in trying to comply!!"

But they wouldn't get any money that way. It's like the Jesse James thing, they didn't wantthe Bikesfixed, they wanted the CASH!
