To me, sitting on someone's bike uninvited is akin to tugging on Superman's cape, spitting into the wind, pulling the mask off the old Lone Ranger or messing around with Jim. You just don't do it.

 

I call BS. I saw a man get the dogshit slapped out of him for touching some guys vintage Indian, not sitting on it but standing there fooling with the controls. Guy didn't even fight back and the man dishing out the school lesson was probably in his late 60's. If you got ***** enough to sit on another mans bike then you'd probably fool around with his woman too.

 

This is a major violation of man/motorcyclist rules. I had to pull a drunk kid off my FLHS years ago and one out of my Ural sidecar seat. Both were advised of the rules.

You'll do him a favor by explaining clearly before someone pulls his arms off.

 

Not worth going to jail or getting sued over. Politely ask him to get off and ride away. Been there ..done that !!

You learn in life its best to choose your battles. Some folks don't know how to respect other people and their property. If there's been no real harm done its best not to get reeled in by improprieties and let **** holes advertise themselves unaided.
