I started hitting the panic button on my remote but I was too far away for it to work at first but finally when I got about 50 feet away that siren started sounding off and scared the beast so bad she about **** her sweat pants.
Of course when I got up to them she was cussing me out and calling me *******. I told her the real ******* is someone who leans up against other peoples vehicles to which she says, yeah well its an old truck anyway. So I clued her in that it was my old truck and I didn't want her leaning on it.
So even though its mot a motorcycle and yes its an old truck, its still something I worked and paid for.
Respect is a rare commodity these days.

A few years back my wife and I were staying in a hotel in downtown Cleveland. I asked if there was secured parking nearby for the bikes, and the doorman told us to pull them up on the sidewalk right in front of the place, and he'd watch them. When we walked back after dinner, there was a wedding in the hotel, and the bride and groom were getting photos taken in front of them. They hadn't touched them, and we thought it was kinda cute. We walked the bikes into a better side by side position and had them each get on one for better photos; and both of them on my bagger together. They thought that was great.

I've had people ask, and unless they seemed to be flaky, sure. Just help them understand not to drag their foot on the bags. Stopped a toddler once who looked like he was going to touch it because I was afraid he would touch the hot pipes; and his mom was already moving to get his hand to pull him back.

Never found anyone on it by surprise, maybe just lucky so far.
