Default MP3 support on 2006 Ultra Classic

When I create an MP3CDwith 12 albums on it via Windows Media Playerand load it
in my Harley CD player, the player switches to CD mode and just sits there. I can load
the same MP3 CDin one of my car radios and it plays just fine. Have any of you ever
solved this problem? Normal CDs work just fine!

I was having trouble using Widows media for burning Discs for the Ultra and switched to Nero Express and have had no problems what so ever.
Just burned a 151 mp3's to a disc and the Bikes radio lists title and artist while it plays now.

I usually use Nero Express or just move the individual music folders or files via Windows Explorer to burn the cd. Never had any problem with the radio recognizing the mp3 format.

Nero works great, drag and drop files, lets you know amount of space, and burns flawlessly.

The newest version of WMP doesn't play nice with burning CD's. Try rolling back to version 9.

I actually have a CD that I made for a 12 hour ride and found that when I first put it in the CD player, it wouldn't play. I have to change songs and then it works fine until I turn off the bike again. Change songs on the restart and the CD is fine. I don't know what caused it, but hey.

Oh, I used iTunes to burn it as well.
