You actually have that backwards. Its not that HD thinks that truck is worth 95k they get a check for every truck sold yes. GMC thinks the truck is worth 95k so they are going to market it. HD doesn’t care if GMC sells it for 35, 95, or 195k they get their money regardless its GM thats nuts.
Maybe HD got greedy with Ford and they told them to kick rocks who knows?

A fully loaded 2017 Dodge Mega cab 3500 with all the bell and whistles is $90K OTD.

Four pages of bitching. No wonder Harley is trying to distance itself from stereotypical HD buyer.

Hasn't been a "stereotypical HD buyer" since the launch of the EVO. Bound to be less actual HD owners interested in this truck than those purchase it. Kinda like the seeing a Harley Davidson sticker in the window on a pickup or car... If it's a gigantic sticker. 90% of the time the driver doesn't own an HD, if it's a small obscure sticker they usually own a bike. Weird and yet fascinating how the mind works, especially when it comes to real bikers.

That's insane, unless it's used to make money and your able to charge it against your business.

plenty of “stereotypical HD buyers” everyday and almost every truck sold will be to a Harley rider unless its to a flipper making money off of a Harley rider watch.
