mmmm....I think he is saying that kids on the side of road are giving him the 'please pop a wheely' gesture
Some years back, a nice looking girl in Chillicothe, OH made that gesture to me while I was riding an r90s. I lifted my front tire for her and then crashed the bike and totaled it. I bet she was really impressed. :P

When I was in high school there were a bunch of cute girls sitting on a curb of a sort of right angle sweeper in the parking lot. I came screaming through there on my bike imagining that I'd be so cool leaned all the way over and I'd cut super close to them. Well I did lean way over and I did get pretty close to them that is until the bike slipped out from underneath me and shot into the opposite corner leaving me to skid across the pavement on my right side and belly. I don't think they were impressed either. As a matter of fact, if memory serves they stopped for just a moment to look at me then went back to smoking and talking.

I own eleven motorcycles at this point in time. It's typical for motorcyclists to wave or stick out a hand here where I live but I only initiate a wave to a Harley rider when I'm on the Harley.
Why? Back in the 70's and 80's when I was riding BMW's a wave to a Harley rider would at best be ignored and at worst would get you a finger wave off. If I'm on one of my non-Harley's these days I wait until the oncoming rider acknowledges me then reciprocate. The motorcycles in my area are probably 90% Harleys and I find that when I'm on one of my non-Harley's about half acknowledge me. When I'm on my Harley it's probably 98%. Waves from non-Harley riders is almost 100%. As much as I love my Harley I must say that Harley riders tend to be the most bigoted and stuck up of riders.
