Update!

The itching and burning finally got to be too much. I couldn't wash myself because the soap stung so bad, it was just raw in places down there. Went to see the doctor, it turned out to be a yeast infection...basically, the same thing as athlete's foot, but in a worse place. The doc perscribed Diflucan (sp) and Lortrisone cream (that's basically a amped up version of Lotrimin)...after only two days of treatment, it's already nearly healed. No itching, no burning.

All of the above that was mentioned (corn starch, ect) to treat swamp ****/monkey butt/crotch rot is fine to use, but remember that if it lasts more than a few days and the itching and burning gets severe, you might want to try Lotrimin cream or some other athletes' foot medication.

John Madden should mention that in his Lotrimin commercials. Instead of flames comin' out from between some toes ......
Seriously though, hope your baloon knot feels better.

 

Went to the Monkey Butt website and I started to get nervous, on the left side of the page, the very last link, it says "Photos".

 

If you can't manage reach around and powder your crack, you might want to lay off of the double bacon chili cheeseburgers for a while.
