Only to somebody willing to spend that kinda money, guy I work with has 2 CVO's and is looking at a 3rd if he can find a new softail that way.

Will the wind therapy fell any better riding the 40 thousand dollar bike then riding a 30 thousand dollar bike .
I believe the CVO’s are very over rated, but some one has to buy them and it’s your money .

I love my cvo however I bought it used. I don't need the latest and greatest and I get someone else's accessories for free. I only buy used cars too, let someone else pay the depreciation.

Worth? I would say it depends on it is worth to you. Buy it and try to sell it the next day and you can find out what it is worth to someone else.
