The Company just jerked the franchise in my area (Harley-Davidson Center in Richmond, IN). Harley wants their dealers pushing out 200 or more units per year. They also want their dealers to maintain a boutique atmosphere as opposed to a motorcycle dealership. Those places have never appealed to me with their floor staff following you all over their place. The Richmond owners and their clientele did just fine with their small market store. They'll remain open as an independent shop selling used bikes and servicing customers from their 44 years in business.
