We have had a couple close in my area, but more and more are being bought out by a mega dealer.

My dealer bought out two other dealerships. He now has two in NH and one in Mass.\
Good people in all the stores.

Grand Canyon H-D in northern AZ was recently sold. A woman bought them and this Saturday, they will be revealing their “new” name. WTF? That is a name that practically everyone knows. Why on earth would she change the name of a well established Dealership?

Maybe she wants a "new start."
Maybe she doesn't like the old name.
Maybe HDI doesn't like the old name, or people.
Maybe legality issues with old name.
Maybe reputation isn't good.
Who knows...

New owner seeking new identity for the shop, happens offen. Nut's to worry about.

Look up and search for Boardtracker HD. Not exactly sure why SirHarley couldn't just answer the question.

A creditor (Harley-Davidson Credit Corp) is suing the owner of Boardtracker Harley-Davidson in Janesville and another dealership in suburban Milwaukee for a total of $6.3 million.
