OK...here is the deal. I got hit in the back end while sitting at a stop light about six thousand miles ago. While I did not notice anything wrong with the bike, and the wobble did not start until about 200 miles ago, the Harley shop says that hit caused the back tire to go out of round, causing my problem. They also said the tire warranty I paid for when I bought the bike would not cover as they say the accident caused the problem.
