I realize you don't need to use antiseize. I had 3 bolts strip, same hole I think. But I wasn't writing it down. Maybe torque wrench would have helped. But stopped after anti seizing. Anti seize is one of the few places I don't follow the manual. I realize this makes me a hypocrit because I tell people not to use loctite when the manual says not to. But they are doing because they think it will come loose. I use anti seize as maintenance. Though loctite can help with corrsosion too.

Or is this because you don't know you have to decrease tq values when you have some type of lube on the threads like anti seize or loctite?

This tells me you can't. If you had the ability to form the words or knew what to say, you would not say do it because I said I am write, and you are wrong.

You would debate the topic, or for the least say why you think you are right.

Well the correct answer was a hand impact that my hd mech buddy borrowed to me.

Couple whacks with a bfh and they came right out.

LOL, if a BFH, a crescent wrench or duct tape wont fix it nothing will.
