The Motor company went from Phillips head screws, to Allen (hex) head, to Torx head in an effort to avoid stripping out issues. Torx are supposed to be the best choice.
Whenever mine come out they get CLEANED, and get a little dab of silver anti-seize before putting them back in. Don't over-tighten, and you'll have no problems. Loc-tite NOT needed. IF you choose to use it, you need to make sure all the residue on the screws (AND in the holes on the outer primary) from the previous application is removed before re-installing.
