If they feel like they want to strip or harder to get out than need be, try getting a flat point punch and wack the bolt heads a few times with a hammer and the punch. Sometimes this will help unseize them. Warming the engine up should help too.

Used my share of anti seize in industry through the years. You'll get that stuff from your nose to your toes before the job is complete.

Just ordinary 1/4-20 bolts. Any well stocked hardware store will have them.

The Motor company went from Phillips head screws, to Allen (hex) head, to Torx head in an effort to avoid stripping out issues. Torx are supposed to be the best choice.
Whenever mine come out they get CLEANED, and get a little dab of silver anti-seize before putting them back in. Don't over-tighten, and you'll have no problems. Loc-tite NOT needed. IF you choose to use it, you need to make sure all the residue on the screws (AND in the holes on the outer primary) from the previous application is removed before re-installing.

They went to torx because it reduces assembly time at the factory. That's the only reason. Customer maintenance isn't even on HD's radar.
