Default Nearly 900 drivers suspended in wake of deadly motorcycle crash in New Hampshire

Had to read this a couple of times to believe it. Handing out licenses without checking records. There has to be one whopper of a lawsuit in all of this.

WOW, that’s huge! It’s a shame this is only happening because of such a tragedy. Maybe things would have been different if it was enforced sooner.

In these parts we have a term for Massachusetts drivers. We call them "Massholes."

Government: lock the barn door after the horses get away.
What a shame!

The rider still in the hospital is already filing suit against the driver and his company. Not sure about the RMV. If he doesn't, his medical insurance will probably go after the RMV for the remainder of the medical bills after they are done with his employer. Then the relatives of the deceased will be going to court. This will end up being a battle between insurers. Insurance companies will end up suing each other to recoup losses then they will all gang up on the RMV,

If MA is like CA, suspended drivers just keep driving.
