About a dozen times a year when it gets cold down here i'll wear my 3/4 with pull down visor. With the exception of the ATGATT crotch rocket riders around here about half the riders wear a half helmet and the other half none at all.

Yes, multiple FF helmets for different bikes/cars and activities. Probably have about 8 or so, that are in the current rotation.

Depends on my mood or where I'm headed:
Akoury AK 88 half helmet(love it)
Schuberth C3 Pro(modular)
Shoei GT Air(full face)- great helmet, but I'm claustrophobic, so don't use it(will be selling to get a Neotec II)

FF HJC RPHA 70ST for me all of the time. I don’t use the integrated sun visor though. I prefer to wear sunglasses with both visors flipped up.

how is the noise level with this helmet? i have had hjc in the past and the noise was tolerable but not great. i know shoei is good for this as i have had a few in the past.

i am still tossing between a 3/4 with visor like the j-cruise, fg-jet or the new arai or just bumping up to the hjc rpha 70st, arai defiant-x or shoei rf-1200.....

I have 3 halfs and 1 full face. The Shoei Gt Air is my go to helmet but lately I find myself wearing the Gmax half a lot more because of the temps. Feeling the air wearing the half is like an addictive drug.

Before my brother died I wore novelty helmets, half helmets, no helmet. Then mortality hit me after his death and I wore nothing but full face helmets. Then I slowly started building courage to go back to a half helmet which is a basic HD half helmet. Now I am teetering on half helmet and full face. I've spent the last two weeks trying to find the right FF helmet. I think I am going to go to a modular helmet and finally got it narrowed down to 2. Shoei Neotec 2 or the Shark Evo-One. Whenever I go on long rides I wear an HJC IS-17 full face with com system. I know it makes no sense to wear it only on long rides and not around town.......

I usually wear my Akoury AK-1 but for long trips and/or colder weather, I put on my full-face HJC RPHA 11 Pro.

I wear a full face as often as possible, until the temp gets up in the upper 80's or low 90's and I feel like I'm suffering from heat stroke and it's not safe for me to ride. At that point I go with a half helmet. It won't protect as good in an accident, but what's the point of protection if wearing it causes dizzyness and I have a wreck because of it? I know plenty of other people can were a FF in humid 90+ temps but I can't. I should add though that both of my motorcycles have windshields. I suppose if I removed them in the 90 + weather I might be able to get more air circulation through the FF and maybe it'd be tolerable, IDK. I'll try it sometime.

After years of using an HJC Symax 3 modular, I opted for a Bell Custom 500 when I purchased a new helmet last year.
It's a lot more comfortable and much better visibility too.
I may add a FF again someday, but my vote is 3/4.
