Default Leak in valve

Got new ultima alloy wheels but find out I have a leak in the base of stem. Sprayed some soapy water and it bubbles. Stem doesn’t have a nut to hold it on but looks like a round base that just spins. Anyone know if it can be tightened or do I need to have the tire pulled off and tightened from the inside.

Its got to have a way to tighten stem up,probably from the inside. You need to have tire pulled to examine. Of course you could always call the manufacturer of rim and ask them.

Or you can put a tube in it.
