Make sure the kill switch on the right hand grip is in the on position.

No need to remove the screws, it's held on with rubber bungs; it pulls straight off. Spray a little foam spray cleaner on the studs before pushing it back on to insure it gets seated all the way.

Now lets see if we can help.

Does the starter engage the engine and turn it over?

I ask this because you said "not at all" as a response to "Is it turning over at all?".

If the starter does not engage the engine to turn it over, no spark is possible.

The starter is turning it over, but I’m not getting any spark. The coil is new, the battery and the switch works on the gas tank. I’m trying it in neutral. I’ve checked the 5 relays for conitnuity. I’m at a loss still!

Check the cam position and crank position sensors according to the service manual.
